About the Role

The Company is seeking a Founding Dean for its new School of Health and Behavioral Sciences, which is being established to meet the increasing demand for a skilled workforce in healthcare, mental health, and related fields. The Founding Dean will also oversee the integration of the school's programs with the company's existing offerings in behavioral health and wellness. Applicants for the Founding Dean position must hold a doctoral degree in a health science, behavioral science, or a related field, and have a minimum of 5 years' experience in health and / or behavioral sciences education, with at least 3 years in a leadership or administrative role. The ideal candidate will be an effective relationship builder, with a proven track record in leading academic programs and a clear vision for the future of the school.
