Job Summary :
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to support our clients and ensure a positive experience with our products / services. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a professional and helpful demeanor.
Key Responsibilities :
Greet and assist customers via phone, email, or in person.
Respond to inquiries regarding products, services, orders, or policies.
Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively, escalating complex issues when necessary.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the system.
Collaborate with other departments (sales, logistics, technical support) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide information on promotions, policies, and procedures.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.
Uphold company standards in all customer interactions.
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification in customer service is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
