What's the Role

Join Dexterra Group and help shape the future of Facilities Management in the USA.

We are looking for a strategic and results‑driven Director of Finance to lead financial operations for our rapidly growing Facilities Management portfolio in the US.

Location : TBD - Colorado, Great Metro Denver area.

What You'll Be Doing

As Director of Finance , you will play a pivotal, high‑impact role in building and leading our US financial performance, supporting strategic growth, and partnering with senior leadership across the organization.

This position offers the opportunity to influence key decisions, lead a talented team, and contribute to major initiatives including market expansion and M&A integration.

Financial Management & Reporting :

• Lead month‑end, budgeting, and forecasting processes across multiple US divisions.
• Review and analyze monthly reports, support business reviews, and prepare commentaries for group reporting.
• Ensure IFRS and regulatory compliance, including state and federal requirements.
• Oversee annual audits and internal controls testing.
