What You'll Do :

• Engage with members who've asked to learn more about their coverage options
• Conduct needs-based consultations over Zoom or phone
• Recommend tailored insurance solutions based on each family's circumstances
• Support clients through the application and enrollment process
• Follow up to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention
• Attend team huddles, leadership calls, and optional skills workshops
