What You’ll Do

People Leadership

Lead a team of leasing agents and maintenance professionals to provide a great experience for our residents.

Process community staff payroll.

Financial Responsibility

Ensure collections of all monies due to the community (i.e., rent) are received and deposited.

Process community invoices for payment.

Purchase and maintain adequate supplies for the community.

Community and Resident Focus

Maintain acceptable levels of occupancy (minimum 98%).

Maintain positive relationships with the community owner(s) and its residents.

Review rental applications for approval.

Operational Excellence

Complete move‑out paperwork according to governing regulations.

Perform unit move‑out, annual, and housekeeping inspections in a timely manner.

Audit all resident files to ensure they are complete and correct prior to forwarding to supervisor for review / approval.

Timely completion of reports required by government agencies, administrators, or the Company.

Responsible for maintaining the community to Company standards.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

Experience : 1+ year in residential property management with HUD / Section 8 a big plus; or 3 years as a general manager with strong people leadership and process management skills.

Education : High School diploma or associate’s degree a big plus. Credentials such as COS, LIHTC, HCCP, AHM are a plus and can be obtained as an associate.

Dependability : Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.

Resident Focus : Commitment to providing exceptional service to valued residents.

Operational Excellence : Deadline‑driven with a keen eye for detail, compliance, and quality.

Technically Savvy : Great computer skills, fluent with Microsoft Office, and experience with Yardi is a big plus.
