Manufacturing Engineer – Industrial Manufacturing Location : Tulsa, OK Industry : Manufacturing / Energy / HVAC / Data Centers Employment Type : Full-Time About the Opportunity System One is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join a leading industrial manufacturer specializing in mission-critical thermal solutions. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll play a key role in optimizing systems, reducing costs, and ensuring product quality across a range of advanced industrial applications. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and improve manufacturing systems and methods, including automation, tooling, fixtures, jigs, and material handling equipment. Ensure standard operating procedures are in place and aligned with safety, quality, and efficiency goals. Collaborate with vendors to define product specifications and evaluate materials, equipment, and parts. Work cross-functionally with management, engineering, and production teams to streamline processes and meet production schedules. Apply statistical methods to forecast manufacturing needs and identify improvement opportunities. Analyze labor costs, workflow, equipment layout, and space utilization to enhance efficiency. Monitor and improve metrics related to productivity, capacity, and resource planning. Identify and implement process and design improvements to reduce cost and lead time. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Conduct training sessions and post-implementation audits to ensure adherence to improvements. Design and commission tooling and fixtures using 3D CAD software. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required. 4–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of manufacturing systems, process optimization, and equipment maintenance. Proficiency in CAD design, data analysis, and productivity metrics. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work on-site with regular attendance and punctuality. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
