Website : Key Responsibilities- Assist in daily site supervision of residential and commercial construction projects.- Interpret and work from construction blueprints and structural drawings / details.- Understand and manage work sequencing from site preparation through punchout.- Lead framing and carpentry tasks as needed, including truss setting and layout.- Coordinate with trades to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.- Monitor and enforce jobsite safety, cleanliness, and organization.- Assist with material procurement and equipment rental for jobsites.- Support the Project Manager in scheduling, inspections, and daily reporting.- Communicate clearly with subcontractors, vendors, and team members.- Ensure quality standards for work put in place. Qualifications- 5 years of construction experience, with at least 1-2 years in a lead carpenter or assistant superintendent role preferred.- Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.- Familiarity with framing, structural requirements, and truss setting.- Ability to manage tasks independently and lead by example.- Ability to perform some level of physical work including tool usage, material handling or lifting.- High school diploma or GED preferred.- Valid driver's license required.
