Key Responsibilities :
Drive end-to-end delivery of NGPOS technology initiatives including system upgrades, hardware rollouts, integration with payment processors, and feature enhancements tailored for QSR operations.
Partner closely with engineering, IT, restaurant operations, finance, and third-party vendors to define project scope, manage dependencies, and align program goals with business requirements.
Manage relationships with NGPOS vendors, payment gateways, and service providers to ensure compliance with performance, security, and budget expectations.
Oversee adherence to industry and corporate standards such as PCI DSS, data security, and QSR operational policies specific to NGPOS deployments.
Lead pilot programs and phased rollouts of NGPOS updates and new features, ensuring minimal disruption during peak QSR hours (rush periods).
Analyze NGPOS system performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for enhancements, integrating with complementary systems like kitchen display (KDS), drive-thru, and mobile ordering platforms.
