Roles & Responsibilities :
As the primary person on the front lines of customer service, the Customer Service Rep handles inbound & outbound contact with customers including, but not limited to :
Answer inbound phone calls promptly during business hoursRespond to any voicemails and / or messages from answering service (if applicable)Respond to inbound email correspondence, forward on as appropriateGreet customers and all other visitors to the showroom (if applicable)Screen incoming leads / potential customersSchedule estimate appointmentsQuote product by telephone for clients / customers (if applicable)Assist Estimators with follow up on pending sales / quotes by phone and / or emailStrategically schedule work appointments for Installation Technicians, along with customers accordinglyTroubleshoot issue from field if needed, working with GM / vendors and techs to find solutionsCheck order confirmations from fabricators / vendors for size and pricing accuracyFiling of daily work orders and estimatesOrdering of all office / shop suppliesKeeping office clean / tidyQualifications & Educational Requirements :
HS Diploma or equivalentAll candidates must be able pass initial background check and drug testPreferred Skills :
Excellent verbal / written communications skillsMicrosoft Office proficient (Word, Excel)Hardworking, motivated, with excellent organizational and time-management skillsEligibility for company benefits contingent upon completion of initial employee probationary period and at the discretion of the Franchise Owner.
