About the Role

HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Travel Medical Technologist (Generalist) with Blood Bank experience for a 13-week assignment in Carmel, New York. This role requires a skilled laboratory professional capable of performing a wide range of generalist duties with a strong emphasis on blood bank workflow.

Responsibilities

Perform testing and analysis across core laboratory departments

Conduct blood bank testing including compatibility, antibody screening, and related procedures

Operate and maintain laboratory instruments in accordance with established protocols

Ensure accuracy, quality control, and compliance with regulatory standards

Collaborate with clinical teams and communicate critical findings promptly

Required Qualifications

Active NYS Clinical Laboratory Scientist License

Blood Bank experience

3 years of experience as a Medical Technologist Generalist

Preferred Qualifications

5 years of experience as a Medical Technologist Generalist
