Lead on-site construction activities from mobilization to closeout

Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to ensure timely delivery

Enforce safety protocols and quality control standards

Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and trades

Maintain a productive and organized job site

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction

Strong understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, and scheduling

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Familiarity with construction software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend)
