💰 Competitive Pay :   Hourly rates start at $30 per hour , with higher compensation available for candidates with meaningful multi-site leadership experience.

✨ What You’ll Be Doing

As a key member of our leadership team, you will ensure each office delivers outstanding care and operational efficiency :

Lead the operational success of 2–5 dental offices , ensuring high standards in patient care, team performance, and office efficiently

• Oversee onboarding and integration of new hires, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with company culture and expectations
• Design and implement training programs that equip team members with the skills and tools to succeed
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship for office managers and field teams to strengthen leadership and elevate performance
• Monitor patient interactions and service delivery to ensure a consistently exceptional patient experience
• Support and guide team members through escalated situations while reinforcing operational best practices
• Analyze KPIs and operational data to assess performance, identify trends, and drive strategic solutions
• Lead initiatives focused on continuous improvement in patient care, employee engagement, and practice growth
