Job Overview : Our Portland OR client is seeking a highly motivated and dependable Emergency Response Specialist to serve as the first point of contact during property damage this critical role you will assess situations on-site communicate with clients and initiate the mitigation process to ensure fast effective response. This position requires professionalism empathy and a sense of urgency to support clients during challenging times.

Key Responsibilities :

Respond promptly to emergency calls involving water fire mold or biohazard incidentsday night weekends and holidays as needed.

Conduct thorough on-site assessments documenting damage and gathering key information for internal teams.

Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients property owners insurance adjusters and internal staff to set expectations and explain next steps.

Capture accurate job site documentation including photographs client details and initial scope of work.

Support stabilization efforts as needed including water extraction board-ups and containment.

Maintain a clean professional appearance and uphold the organizations core values of compassion integrity and responsiveness.
