    • About the Role

    The Company is seeking a Vice President of Investor Relations to lead the strategic communication and engagement efforts that define how the financial community perceives and values the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive investor relations program, crafting a compelling equity story, and ensuring that all investor messaging is in line with the company's vision, strategy, and performance. This role requires a deep understanding of capital markets, financial modeling, and valuation, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and impactful narratives. The VP of Investor Relations will also be the primary spokesperson for the company in all investor-related matters, and will work closely with the CFO and executive team on earnings preparation and other financial communications. Candidates for this role at the company should have a proven track record in leading investor relations for a publicly traded company, preferably in a B2B, SaaS, or marketplace environment. Exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and a collaborative, cross-functional approach are essential. The role demands a professional with integrity, curiosity, and a passion for innovation, particularly in the areas of technology, AI, and the future of work. The ability to build strong relationships with investors, manage the investor relations infrastructure, and provide market intelligence to the executive team is also key.
