HVAC Foreman – Kansas City Metro | up to $45 / hour
About the Role
We’re hiring an experienced HVAC Foreman to lead commercial installation projects across the Kansas City area. In this role, you’ll manage crews, coordinate with general contractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
You’ll be the go-to on-site leader, responsible for planning, execution, and communication. If you’re a hands-on professional with strong leadership and technical skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead HVAC install teams and oversee daily jobsite operations
- Coordinate with GCs, site superintendents, and other trades
- Plan manpower, materials, and job schedules
- Communicate progress and updates to the Project Manager
- Maintain safety standards and enforce PPE use
- Review blueprints and specs for risks and opportunities
- Keep labor and material costs within budget
- Submit required documentation and updates within 24–48 hours
- Attend job meetings and manage project records
- Train and support Installers and Helpers
- Manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
