JOB SUMMARY :

We are seeking a Web Content Publisher Specialist to join our Global Brand Content Marketing team. The role involves uploading, publishing, and optimizing SEO content on a proprietary enterprise platform, ensuring all content is accurate, visually compelling, and delivered promptly. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, proactive individual who can manage high volumes of content efficiently, ensuring all content is vetted and optimized for global engagement.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • Upload and publish high volumes of articles weekly, ensuring content accuracy, SEO optimization, and visual appeal.
  • Vet content thoroughly through SEO, copyediting, strategy review, and localization checks before publication.
  • Proactively work to prevent publishing delays by coordinating with stakeholders for missing elements.
  • Execute SEO optimizations including image optimization, meta descriptions, internal linking, and performance optimization tasks.
  • Analyze content performance globally, contributing to content strategy and identifying conversion opportunities.

Must have Skills

  • Proficiency in WordPress and other content management systems.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in SEO practices and optimizations.
  • Excellent proofreading skills and attention to detail.

    • Industry Experience :

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in web publishing / content management or a related bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in a complex, proprietary enterprise system is highly valuable.
  • Proven track record of managing projects efficiently with tools such as Airtable or Smartsheets.
