Event Lead
The Event Lead is the primary onsite manager, overseeing all operational aspects of the show.
Operations & Coordination :
Serve as the main point of contact for the venue and external vendors, facilitating clear communication.
Ensure all event recordings, such as the opening and closing speeches, are played at the appropriate times (or deliver them live when necessary).
Submit post-show feedback and inventory forms.
Proactively communicate relevant updates and issues to the remote management team.
Staff and Talent Management :
Provide hospitality and support to the performers, ensuring their needs are met and coordinating with them to maintain the show schedule.
Train and onboard new event staff, leading by example and guiding them through their onsite responsibilities.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $25.00 - $25.00
