Construction Project Manager

We are looking for Project Managers with at least 5 years of experience delivering safety and quality projects for upcoming task orders at Fort Campbell KY.

Position Overview

As a Construction Project Manager you will lead all aspects of construction programsfrom planning and coordination to execution and closeout. Projects typically range from $2000 to $500000 each with an annual portfolio of up to $1.5 million .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning scheduling and execution.
• Manage subcontractors contracts and procurement (POs SOWs).
• Ensure compliance with safety quality and building codes.
• Support preconstruction efforts and field operations.
• Track budgets labor forecasts and financial reporting (EACs SITREPs).
• Maintain strong client and team communication.
• Promote and enforce safety culture across all projects.
