WCS Healthcare is urgently seeking an inpatient registered pharmacist for a prestigious health system located in PA.

Job Function :

  • Day Shift, Evening Shift and Night Shift.
  • 4x10 : 7 : 30am - 4pm. / 3 : 30pm-11 : 30pm / 10pm-8am.

    • Prepare and dispense medications accurately and in a timely manner.

    Provide pharmacological information and support to the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

    Monitor patient drug therapies and recommend adjustments based on clinical guidelines and patient-specific factors.

    Resolve questions related to formulary and non-formulary medications in accordance with established policies and procedures.

    Offer dosing and therapeutic recommendations that reflect patient age and pharmacokinetic considerations.

    Job Requirements :

  • 2 years of Inpatient exp. required.
  • NYS Licensed.
  • EPIC and Pyxis experience required.
