Location (20 Hours / Week)
- Work from home 4 days per week (3.5 hours / Day); flexible on schedule as long as it's during 9 - 5 EST and we can build a consistent schedule and the work is completed.
- Work from in Office 1 day per week (6 hours); flexible on day of week.
- TRAINING EXCEPTION : In-office for 2-3 weeks for training purposes vs virtual (must master concepts before working at home)

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy part-time employee to manage AR, AP, and daily sales and client processing in our proprietary system and Quickbooks.
Key Responsibilities
Processing daily transactions via credit card and invoice, ensuring financial data is collected accurately (via Stripe)Client collections over the phone and in written correspondenceAR / Deposits and ReconInternal and External Receipt ManagementInvoicing in QuickbooksLiaising with outside accountantWho You Are / Qualifications
5+ Years AP / AR and Quickbooks experience requiredExperience with Stripe or credit card processing preferredA master of organization – You thrive on keeping things structured, prioritized, and on track.A strong communicator – You write and speak clearly, making complex information easy to understand. You are comfortable having billing conversations with customers and managing all aspects of client billing from collections to invoicing.Tech-savvy – You embrace technology and it’s easy for you to learn new systemsDetail-oriented & execution-focused – You ensure nothing falls through the cracks.Hourly with flexible schedule + $75 / month parking stipend for downtown.
