Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities - Lead Mobile and Web development programs composed of multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget alignment, and successful execution against business and IT objectives. - Develop program strategy, project plans, and supporting business cases. - Adjust project scope, timing, and budgets as needed to support evolving business priorities. - Partner closely with senior business and IT leadership to communicate program direction, updates, and strategic recommendations. - Identify and prioritize opportunities to leverage technology to advance enterprise goals. - Maintain efficient project management processes, including planning, scheduling, risk tracking, and documentation. - Identify potential risks early and drive mitigation plans. - Oversee teams of project managers, project leads, and support staff, ensuring clear direction and accountability. - Manage cross-functional teams across multiple sites and geographic locations to gather requirements, define tasks, track deliverables, and maintain milestones throughout the full project lifecycle. - Build and maintain detailed project schedules and plans, considering dependencies and constraints. - Manage changes in accordance with established change-management practices to control scope, quality, timelines, cost, and contracts. - Ensure program data and status are accurately captured in program management systems for stakeholder visibility. - Recommend process improvements to streamline workflows and increase operational efficiency.Requirements - 5–7 years of experience managing complex technology projects or programs. - Strong understanding of project lifecycles, scheduling, risk management, and conflict-resolution techniques. - Hands-on experience identifying, tracking, and resolving risks and issues. - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple active projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate program updates to technical and business leadership.Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
