This critical access hospital is looking to hire a permanent and full time Clinical Laboratory Scientist on night shift! This is a permanent and full time position that can be 3x12, 4x10 or 5x8 schedules (but will have some on-call responsibilities). The CLS will be responsible for chemical, microscopic, microbiological, blood bank, hematological and serological testing. For consideration, applicants must have a California CLS License as well as previous leadership experience (in a critical access hospital would be ideal).

In addition, this facility is able offer a top-notch compensation package! Pay starts at $47 / hr and increases to $55 / hr (DOE). This facility is also offering an outstanding bundled Insurance plan (medical, dental, vision, and life insurance) and either a sign on bonus or relocation assistance!
