About the Role :

Join Ryan Inc. as a Data Analyst and play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights. Located in the vibrant city of Los Angeles CA youll work with a dynamic team dedicated to driving innovation and excellence.

Responsibilities :

  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and patterns that inform business decisions.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and provide analytical support.
  • Conduct data validation and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Utilize statistical methods to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
  • Assist in developing and implementing data management strategies.

    • Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL Python or R.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

    Compensation : $90000.00 - $125000.00 per year
