Job Description

Epsilon C5I (www.epsilonsystems.com / c5i), focused on software development and systems engineering for complex command, control, intelligence and combat systems, is seeking a Systems Engineer III with a minimum of 7 years' experience for work in Charleston, SC. Our engineering efforts provide the warfighter with tools to support critical support to operational missions to improve targeting capabilities. Duties and Responsibilities :

\n

  • Plan, implement, upgrade, and / or monitor systems and networks to ensure reliability, security and system integrity.

\n

  • integrate various network operating systems, application programs and hardware devices through system specification, design, coding, testing and maintenance support.

    • \n

  • Responsible for supporting various network operating systems, application programs and hardware devices.

    • \n

  • Provide input and support to system specification, design, coding, testing and maintenance support.

    • \n \n

    Required Qualifications :

    \n

  • Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline.

    • \n

  • Seven or more (7+) years of IT professional experience overseeing the creation of hybrid software, web and hardware products from initial specifications to final rollout and maintenance.

    • \n

  • Three or more (3+) years of experience within any of these C4I projects : Ship's Signal Exploitation Equipment (SSEE) Information Operations (IO), Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR)Family of Systems (FoS) and associated Mission Modules, Misson Planning and Theatre Effects (MPTE), Integrated Communications and Data System (ICADS), Cryptologic Carry-On Program (CCOP), Distributed Operations Common Ground System - Navy (DCGS-N) FoS, Intelligence Carry-On Program (ICOP), Joint Tactical Terminal - Maritime (JTT-M), Automatic Identification System, (AIS), Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA), and Integrated Communications and Data Systems (ICADS) and Integrated Undersea Surveillance Systems (IUSS) FoS.

    • \n

  • Experience overseeing the creation of hybrid software, web and hardware products from initial specifications to final rollout and maintenance.

    • \n

  • Experience integrating various network operating systems, application programs and hardware devices through system specification, design, coding, testing and maintenance support.

    • \n

  • Contribute to overall project design including cost, schedule, and social issues that may be associated with C4I projects.

    • \n

  • Experience preparing and delivering presentations / briefing and have experience being the task lead / manager.

    • \n

  • Strong interpersonal skills, telephone etiquette, and professional demeanor.

    • \n

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

    • \n

  • Effective team player with highly proficient customer service skills.

    • \n

  • Flexible and able to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

    • \n

  • Candidate must have an active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI access.

    • \n

  • Pursuant to the various government contractual requirements, all applicants must be U.S. Citizens.
