Commercial HVAC / R Service Technician

Position Overview :

As a Commercial HVAC / R Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics of HVAC / R systems in commercial settings. Your expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex HVAC / R issues will ensure the efficient operation and optimal performance of our clients' HVAC / R systems.

Responsibilities :

• Service and maintain a wide range of commercial HVAC / R systems.
• Respond promptly to service calls and troubleshoot issues with HVAC / R systems.
• Utilize diagnostic tools, meters, and gauges to analyze system performance and identify root causes of problems.
• Develop effective solutions to resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
• Communicate findings and recommended solutions to clients in a clear and concise manner.
• Completes necessary paperwork with company issued laptop / tablet.
• Foster positive relationships with clients by delivering excellent customer service and demonstrating a high level of professionalism.
• Participates in an on-call rotation.
• Safely drives company vehicle, follows requirements of company vehicle driving policy and adheres to all safety requirements.
