Medical Office Receptionist – Heart & Vascular Specialists – Full-Time, Days

Heres What You Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Six months Medical experience in a Clinic (preferred)
• Bilingual in English / Vietnamese (strongly preferred)
• Six months Business Office Customer Service experience (preferred)
• Be an outgoing individual with a friendly attitude
• Have strong attention to detail
• Be able to multi-task front desk job responsibilities for a busy Family Practice / Internal Medicine Clinic
• Must have outstanding communication interpersonal customer service and organizational skills
• Have knowledge of insurance authorization / billing requirements
• Have demonstrated strong customer service and communication skills
• Have organizational and time management skills
• Be proficient computer skills
• Have knowledge of clinic procedures and regulatory requirements
• Possess a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism
• Be a team player who handles multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Travel : 25% to surrounding clinics (m ileage reimbursement provided)
