Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers to address inquiries and provide information

Assist in the development of communication materials and messages

Coordinate and participate in communication campaigns and initiatives

Document customer interactions and feedback in the database

Support team members in various communication projects

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
