Freeway Freeway Consulting, a Salesforce Summit Partner backed by Salesforce Ventures and one of the fastest-growing Salesforce partners in Latin America, is expanding its footprint in the United States.

We’re looking for a seasoned Sales Executive with a strong background in selling Latin American tech services to U.S. clients, particularly under nearshore delivery models.

This is not a traditional sales role.

We need a go-getter with a proven track record in opening new markets, building pipelines from scratch, and navigating U.S. enterprise buying processes.

You should have a deep understanding of the dynamics of outsourcing, staff augmentation, and managed services, and know how to position value beyond cost savings.

You’ll be part of a high-performing team focused on two core offerings in the U.S. :

  • Nearshore Managed Services and Salesforce Staffing – targeted at Salesforce leaders looking to optimize delivery and support through nearshore resourcing.
  • Salesforce Cloud  Implementations – focused on Finance, Retail, and Consumer Goods industries, leveraging our regional expertise and competitive delivery model.

What You’ll Do :

  • Own the full sales cycle for nearshore services and Salesforce implementations into the U.S. market.
  • Drive outbound prospecting through a mix of channels – email, LinkedIn, events, cold calling – with a hunter mentality.
  • Build a qualified pipeline by identifying key accounts and contacts across verticals.
  • Develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and RFP responses tailored to U.S. prospects.
  • Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and marketing teams to convert leads into long-term relationships.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Represent Freeway at industry events and virtual engagements targeting U.S. technology decision-makers.
  • What We’re Looking For :

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the IT or SaaS sector, preferably selling Latin American services into the U.S.
  • Deep understanding of nearshore models, staff augmentation, managed services, and cloud implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. enterprise buyer personas, particularly in mid to large companies using Salesforce.
  • Proven ability to prospect, build pipeline, and close deals in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English (advanced) – both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable preparing customized, high-quality sales materials (PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem and its value proposition is a plus.
  • Self-starter, autonomous, results-driven, and able to work across cultures and time zones.
