You will be responsible for supervising the property's complete maintenance and routine processes to make it fully functional, enjoyable, and safe. 20 - $22 Hourly based on experience

Responsibilities :

Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hours
Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads
Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures
Collaborate with other personnel who will help you with maintenance tasks
Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly

Qualifications :

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED

Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software

2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role

This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.

Driver’s license and clean driving record is mandatory
