  • Description
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients in either inpatient or outpatient environments, crafting personalized treatment strategies. - Deliver physical therapy interventions that enhance mobility, strength, balance, and overall functionality. - Collaborate extensively with nursing staff, physicians, case managers, and fellow rehabilitation professionals to maximize patient outcomes. - Educate patients and their families on therapeutic objectives, discharge planning, and home exercise regimens. - Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in line with both facility and regulatory standards. - Engage actively in care team discussions and interdisciplinary conferences to uphold seamless, coordinated care.
  • Education
  • Earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
  • Certifications
  • Active state licensure as a
