At Kuehne+Nagel, we are a global leader in logistics and freight forwarding, delivering innovative supply chain solutions across air, sea, road, and contract logistics. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our Global Account Program, focusing on high-tech and semiconductor clients. As our Global Key Account Manager, you will be the primary commercial contact for a portfolio of strategic global accounts. You will lead the customer journey from relationship management to business development, ensuring alignment with Kuehne+Nagel’s service offerings and strategic goals.

How you create impact

  • Create and maintain account plans aligned with Kuehna+Nagel’s Key Account Planning Process.
  • Monitor performance metrics (pipeline, wins / losses, RFPs, financial KPIs).
  • Ensure smooth transition of new business into operations.
  • Conduct regular review sessions with customers to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

What we would like you to bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or account management within logistics or freight forwarding.
  • Proven track record in business development and consultative selling, preferrably in the high-tech and / or semicon vertical.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Broad knowledge of logistics services (Air, Sea, Road, Contract Logistics, Integrated Logistics).
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
  • What's in it for you

At Kuehne+Nagel we strive daily to inspire, empower, and deliver not only to our customers, but also to our colleagues. We offer a dynamic global work environment with opportunities for excellent training programs and career mobility. The target salary range for this position is between $130,000.00 and $150,000.00. Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles.
