Location : Lagrange, Indiana (Shared between two local hospitals) Position Type : Locum Tenens Rotation Schedule : 3 weeks on / 1 week off (starting Sept 1)

Clinical Details

Daily Hours : 7 : 00 AM 3 : 00 PM

Call Hours : 3 : 00 PM 7 : 00 AM

Call Schedule :

Site 1 : OR + OB call

Site 2 : OR call only

Call Response Time : 20 minutes

Supervision : Minimal MDs onsite, little to no supervision

Daily Staffing : 1 MD / 1 CRNA per site

Facilities : Site 1 : 3 ORs

Site 2 : 2 ORs

Case Mix

Site 1 : Endo, OB / GYN, Pediatrics, General Surgery, Ortho

Site 2 : Endo, Pediatrics, Urology, Trauma, Ophthalmology, General Surgery, GYN, Ortho

Skills Required : Must be proficient in spinals, blocks, and epidurals

Caselogs Required : Yes documentation for spinals, blocks, epidurals

Credentialing and Requirements

Timeframe : 120 days

Certifications Required : BLS, ACLS, PALS must be AHA certified

Licensure : Compact license accepted
