Quality Engineer

Cleveland-Cliffs is currently seeking a qualified Engineer to join our Cleveland Works Quality team at the facility in Cleveland, Ohio. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the production of high-quality steel products, including hot-rolled steel, cold-reduced galvanized, and galvannealed coated products, serving the automotive, appliance, and other industrial markets.

Summary of Responsibilities :

• Input steel routings into plant manufacturing systems
• Lead the disposition of held materials
• Provide support for Quality Management initiatives, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), corrective actions, and measurement device oversight
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the Cleveland plant
• Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to product quality
• Coordinate with other quality teams across Cleveland-Cliffs facilities
• Conduct data analysis to assess and improve product capability
• Other duties as assigned

The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $92,500. An employee's pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
