Physical Demands & Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing throughout the day.
Must be able to move objects and use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue. Constant movement and use of limbs; this position requires good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina.
Ability to wear company-approved Personal Protective Equipment per local, state, federal, or OSHA regulations.
The employee must frequently lift and move items a minimum of 25 pounds, occasionally lifting and / or moving objects that weigh more than 100 pounds.
Requires the ability to perform physical duties listed above for extended periods.
This job's specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers / printers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
This job operates in an indoor professional office or job site environment. May work outside in heat / cold, wet / humid, and dry / arid conditions.
Employees may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The employee may occasionally be exposed to various extreme conditions while at various locations.
Employees will be exposed to moderate noise (i.e., business office with computers, phones, printers, and light traffic).
Position Type, Expected Hours of Work, and Travel
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work vary but equate to 40 hours per week. May be requested to work overtime, nights, and weekends.
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
