- We are looking for a Data & BI Analyst to join our team.
- Location : Sunnyvale, CA or San Francisco, CA
- Work Schedule : Full Time, Hybrid (2+ days / week)
Responsibilities :
Lead data-driven recommendations and insights to support strategic projects across MCSUnderstand the business, track operational performance, provide insights and recommendationsSupport company-wide programs through ownership of analytical projectsEstablish strong working relationships with peers in other Global Operations teams and cross-functional partners (sales leadership, finance, sales operations, systems) to achieve objectivesBuild dashboards and automated reports, working proficiently with data visualization and querying / analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python)Own data tables, and work with stakeholders to ensure available data is accurate, consistent, and timelyOwn technical implementations and documentation associated with datasets and strive for 100% accuracyPossibility to learn & implement advanced analytics tools for optimization (e.g., Cloud hosting, Job automation, Artificial Intelligence techniques, Natural Language generation)Basic Qualifications :
BS degree in a quantitative discipline2+ years of experience working with data in a business setting, including data management, process execution, operations, reporting, or analyticsPreferred Qualifications :
Ability to leverage numbers and insights to influence & drive sound decision makingAbility to build strong partnerships and collaborate with stakeholdersExperience in communicating effectively and presenting to Senior ExecutivesExperience with manipulating massive-scale structured and unstructured dataExperience creating and maintaining business-critical data warehouse tables using SQLExperience with distributed data systems such as Hadoop and related technologies (Spark, Presto, Pig, Hive, etc.)Background in at least one programming language (e.g., R, Python, Java, Scala, PHP, JavaScript)Suggested Skills :
