About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its mission of providing high-quality PHP and IOP services. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the clinic, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. This role requires a visionary leader with a Master's degree in a related field, active and current therapy licensure, and a minimum of 5-7 years' clinical experience in a higher level of care setting. A strong background in management, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a proven track record in strategic planning and team management are essential. Key responsibilities for the Executive Director include building and maintaining the organization to implement program plans, coordinating with oversight agencies to ensure the quality of care, and providing regular evaluations of the clinic's treatment program. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative and team-oriented mindset, be adept at cultivating relationships, and have experience in business development and outreach strategies. A deep understanding of various therapeutic modalities, including DBT, CBT, ACT, and MI, is required, as is a commitment to promoting cultural inclusivity and diversity.
