Team Intro : Governance and Experience (GNE) is a team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only users, but also sellers and creators. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of ownership, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where they can have a direct impact on resolving business-critical issues for TikTok Shop. In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager / department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time. Responsibilities : -Work cross-functionally between the internal Product Research & Development Teams and ISVs (Independent Software Vendor), and merchants.

• Work in a small team with minimal supervision to drive improvements and innovative solutions to complex issues in an end-to-end project.
• Identify application performance roadblocks and implement optimizations for the growing Ecommerce ecosystem.
• Continuously track technical risks and gaps, while presenting mitigation strategies and recommendations to external and internal stakeholders on an on-going basis.
• Test, troubleshoot, and enhance applications and user test cases.
