Position Overview
We're seeking a Part-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dedicated therapy team part time serving Cascades at St. Anne and Edmonds Landing .
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, caring clinician who enjoys working with the geriatric population in both skilled nursing and assisted living settings. You'll help residents enhance their daily function, mobility, and quality of life through creative and compassionate therapy interventions.
What You'll Do
Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Assist residents with adaptive ADL retraining and mobility activities
Treat residents with various clinical complexities
Safely and effectively perform all types of patient transfers
Collaborate with the therapy and nursing teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care
Maintain accurate documentation per company and facility standards
Flexible scheduling - we'll work with your needs

✅ What We're Looking For
Current Washington OTA license in good standing
Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Compassionate, organized, and self-motivated professional
1 year of SNF or assisted living experience preferred , but not required - we welcome new grads with passion for geriatric care!
