About The Role
As part of Gap Inc.'s digital and process transformation in Finance, we're looking for an experienced Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to support our financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for a large, multi-brand retail organization.
What You'll Do
- Design and maintain reports using Oracle EPM tools (Narrative Reporting, FCCS, Freeform, Smart View).
- Prepare monthly financial and performance reports for leadership teams.
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
- Build and optimize dashboards, calculations, hierarchies, and reports in the Oracle EPM Cloud environment.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and close processes with accurate reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with finance, data, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and data security practices.
- Train and support finance users on Oracle EPM and reporting tools.

Salary Range : $92,900 - $123,200 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
