Your work environment at EXP

In this role you will be a part of the Aviation Transit and Commercial Buildings team of the Buildings Sector based in the Coral Gables FL office.

What a day at EXP has in store for you

• Prepare construction documents in coordination with multi-discipline project team of architects and engineers.
• Coordinate project requirements and development of construction documents with subconsultants.
• Meet with product vendors to review specific products to be incorporated into the projects.
• Perform code reviews and meet independently with local code officials to review and determine specific local code requirements and project compliance.
• Perform bid phase and construction phase tasks including site visits review of shop drawings responding to requests for information and issuing clarifications.
• Lead the development of design alternatives using a variety of media including computer visualization and physical models. Work in coordination with and oversight of the Principal Architect
• Lead the development of presentation documents and make design presentations to Clients.
