JOIN OUR TEAM AS AN INTAKE TECHNICIAN!
The Intake Technician is responsible for receiving, scheduling, and / or referring inquiry calls. The technician also assists the Assessment & Referral Clinicians, Coordinators, and Directors with coordinating assessments and initiating intake paperwork and insurance information. The technician works to ensure a smooth transition into the admission process and assists in monitoring to ensure the patient's safety.
Your Experience Matters What we're looking for :
Education : BA in mental health or significant related work experience is preferred. Graduates from an accredited RN program are alsopreferred.
Experience : 1 year of experience in the intake or admissions process.
Skills :
Additional Requirements : Successful completion of CPR / First Aid certification and CPI training within 90 days of employment before assisting with restraining procedures.May be required to work overtime and flexible hours.
