Bilingual Inbound Call Agent

A company is looking for an Inbound Call Center Agent Spanish / English Bilingual for a part-time remote position. Key Responsibilities : Provide high-level customer service solutions through inbound calls Document customer interactions accurately using provided tools Maintain knowledge of campaign products, services, and promotions Required Qualifications : At least one year of call center experience with automatic dialers and call scripting High school diploma or GED Basic computer skills and computer literacy Outstanding attendance and punctuality Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
