Job Description :

Theoris Services is assisting our client in their search for a Salesforce Solutions Developer to add to their growing team. Our client is seeking an individual to be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce-based solutions that support the operational and strategic goals of the association. This role is responsible for configuration and deployment of Salesforce solutions, including but not limited to Nimble AMS, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud, to streamline customer management and support, event registrations, engagement tracking, and reporting.

Responsibilities :

• Salesforce Implementation & Customization

Configuration of Salesforce solutions to support customer lifecycle processes including but not limited to sales, onboarding, renewals, support and engagement tracking.

Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Continuous monitoring of platform (and complementary) capabilities, performance, and security.
