A company is looking for a Process Innovation Manager to identify and drive improvements across core business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end business process analysis and recommend optimization opportunities
Design future-state process models aligned with business goals
Partner with technology teams to translate business needs into user stories and support change management efforts
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in management consulting, internal consulting, business operations, or process improvement
Proficiency with Microsoft Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field; MBA or relevant master's preferred
Minimum of 3 years experience using Lean Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement
