Client Services Manager
The Client Services Manager (CSM) develops and maintains a network of assigned clients and serves as the operations liaison. The position will manage all resources and priorities in achieving everyday tasks as well as short- and long-term developments within the client relationship. The CSM will provide client and customer support while responsibly observing program strategies in addition to being responsible for communicating interdepartmentally to scope new project requests, suggest resolutions to existing issues for the client, and general input on internal system and operational enhancements.
Your Impact :
- The CSM will manage day-to-day operations to support client needs, including but not limited to proper and timely sales registrations; billing verification and support; marketing requests; reporting requests; proper and timely claims adjudication; and regular and ongoing client communications. This position will coordinate completion of client needs and requests with all company stakeholders.
- The CSM is responsible for onboarding new clients and maintaining long-term relationships. This process entails all requisite and legal documentation has been received, executed with accuracy, and archived; completing client setup in the Information Management System (SIMS) and online web portals; providing both internal and external program training and support; and facilitating other requisite onboarding actions required of other departments.
- As a domain expert, the CSM must thoroughly know, understand, and be able to communicate all program-relevant Products, Terms & Conditions, and internal and collaborative processes related to the client relationship. The CSM will serve as a central source of knowledge regarding our products and our client relationships, in addition to applying independent judgment to all associated inquiries.
- The CSM will independently manage short- and long-term program developments; exercise discretion in prioritizing the company's and client requests; schedule, facilitate, recap, and publish meeting notes; usher actionable items to advance program developments to completion; and request and follow-up on projects to further client relationships.
- The CSM may be responsible for onboarding and maintaining operational oversight of any large deployments (500+ service contracts) to commercial customers. This would include a personal onboarding call to introduce the customer to the company's portal, confirm purchase details and service expectations, and establish an open line of communication for ongoing support. For any large commercial deployments that exhibit a poor performance rating, the CSM will coordinate the resources to develop a risk mitigation plan.
Successful Candidates Will Have :

Pay Range : $21.63 - $21.63 Hourly
