We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Accounting Assistant to join our finance team and help us maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely payments. Responsibilities : - Process and review invoices, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies. - Monitor accounts payable email and respond to vendor inquiries promptly and professionally. - Collaborate with other departments to obtain necessary approvals and resolve invoice-related matters. - Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions. - Assist with other accounting tasks and projects as assigned. Requirements : - Degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus. - Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a similar role. - Strong proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. - Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
