Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the project management team supporting various initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex projects which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Project Manager

Location : Remote

What's the Job?

  • Lead and manage complex projects from initiation to closure.
  • Facilitate scrum / agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to agile methodologies.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including C-level executives.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports for steering committee meetings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in a healthcare or claims industry.
  • Strong understanding of scrum / agile frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
