Base pay range

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment / field including two (2) years managerial experience; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and / or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.

Job Description
The assistant director of marketing and communications supports all digital communication functions of The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. Reporting to the senior director of marketing and communications, this role supports recruitment, retention and outreach, as well as brand strategy, marketing and priority communication efforts.
This role will research and find creative solutions and opportunities for new digital campaigns, building on a strong foundation to strengthen The College’s digital presence and improve student recruitment and retention. They will work closely and collaborate with a team of creative professionals, including a writer, graphic designer and videographer.
This position is located on ASU\'s Tempe campus and provides opportunities for remote work (up to 2 days a week) after the initial onboarding period.
Position Salary Range
$78,000 - $85,000 per year; DOE

Work Environment
Activities are performed in an environmentally controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting, keyboarding and manipulating a computer mouse; required to stand for varying lengths of time and walk moderate distances to perform work. Occasional bending, reaching, lifting, pushing and pulling up to 25 pounds. Regular activities require ability to quickly change priorities, which may include and / or are subject to resolution of conflicts. Ability to clearly communicate verbally, read, write, see and hear to perform essential functions.
