A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support employees across the full lifecycle and HR programs, including onboarding and leave administration
Manage employee relations matters and conduct workplace investigations in collaboration with HR leadership
Administer leave programs and ensure HR compliance with policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in People Operations covering various HR functional areas
Solid knowledge of leave administration and ADA accommodations across all 50 states
Experience with employee relations intake and supporting investigations
Strong proficiency with MS Office, HRIS, ATS, and other HR technologies
Experience in a start-up or early-stage environment with evolving processes
