Were looking for an HR & Benefits Administrator who will keep our HR operations running smoothly, without the red tape of a large corporate HR department.
Position Overview
This role manages day-to-day HR tasks, administers employee benefits, supports compliance, and ensures a positive employee experience. Youll also coordinate priorities and provide guidance for an administrative support position.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Administer employee benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k, etc.) and coordinate open enrollment.
Maintain HRIS records and ensure compliance with employment laws.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Provide guidance and coordination for an administrative support role.
Assist with general office administrative needs as required.
Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of HR or benefits administration experience (small to mid-sized company experience preferred).
Knowledge of HR processes, benefits administration, and employment compliance.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working across the organization.
